Another busy week. The ranch is still gathering and separating the momma's from the babies. I went to watch the gathering at the headquarters corral. I find it fascinating how the cowboys and horses work so well together, all they need is music. Should be done this week with weaning. 

The shelter pieces are put together, welded, tarred, and chalked on inside. Ronnie will finish up the ladder and door this week. 

In the picture below we painted the tar on half and filled the dirt in and then painted the rest. 

I am still sorting nuts and bolts. Should be done this week and on to another project. Brother Young asked if I would paint the outside trim on the big ranch house. I gathered some samples and delivered to Sister Young to decide on a color so maybe that will be next project. 

The Young's daughter is having their first grandchild the first part of June so they will be gone for a little bit enjoying grandparenthood. She is busy making a quilt for the new baby and she also has an embroidery machine and has been embordering onesies.
