OH MY HOLY HOTNESS!!!! 104 and it's only May. I'm in trouble. We try to get out right after devotional at 7:00 before it gets so blasted HOT. All the couples went to Brother Sission's the ranch biologist's home and poured eight yards of concrete Friday May 6th. That was lots of work for old people. Now we will build a storm shelter for the Sission's. They have a new home on the ranch and everyone is required to have a storm shelter.

I wanted to send some pictures of some of the buildings on the ranch and what we use them for.

This is what is addressed as the missionary shed. The ranch has 15 to 20 homes that it maintains, along with corrals, equipment, lawns, sprinkler systems, painting, and anything the ranch manager Brother Young deems important. This building holds some of the tools used to maintain these things.

The Wood Shop Section

On the table is a wood partition for the cowboy house bathroom. In the bathroom there are two toilets that are separated by a wall like this but it is short, and the toilets don't have any privacy doors. Elder Saltzman made this wall taller and will put up a rod for two curtains to hang in front of each toilet space.

In the last week three couples have gone home. When we arrived there were seven couples, now we have four couples. This Saturday the Dillman's are coming and on the 23rd the Flints are coming. To stay on top of the grubbing and sweeping, construction, welding, la, la, la, we need seven couples.
